Terms Of Service Of The ForestRealms Server

Payments to the Forestrealms server is a payment for the virtual items contained in the purchase. This transaction is final and there are no refunds. If you are banned for breaking the rules of the ForestRealms, you will not be refunded. Punishments are subject to the full discretion of the server admins and rules can be changed at any time. There is no guarantee on being able to enter the server, and if the server is no longer operated the virtual items are forfeit. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the ForestRealms Administration team. We can make any edits to the items you have purchased at any point. All items are virtual and hold no value. Ranks Or Crate Keys CANNOT be transfered between servers or minecraft accounts! Do Not Ask To Do It. Abusing permissions that ranks give you may lead to that permission being denied or removed from you aswell without notice or warning. You MUST be 18 years or older or have a parental guardian permission to purchase a item from the store.

PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone. If you do chargeback, PayPal may ask us for personal details of yours to prove that you purchased it, which we will have to do to comply. Please do not chargeback to prevent this. Chargeback will result your minecraft account being permently banned from the server and your IP Address aswell. This type of ban/punishment is non-appealable. DO NOT DO IT!!!
